This shows how outlandish these people are. They claim to be Anglicans. They claim to be more Anglican than the Pope. They claim to be traditionally Anglican. And now they deny the primacy of the See of Canterbury. The only definition of "Anglican" is that one's own bishop is in communion with the See of Canterbury. That's it. Otherwise, you might be a wonderful Christian and a great person, but you're not an Anglican. Likewise, unless your bishop is in communion with the See of Rome, you're not Roman Catholic. You might be a Christian, might even be "Catholic" in some sense, but you're not a member of the Roman Catholic Church.

Here, these African bishops want to hijack the Anglican Communion and make it what they want it to be. They now want to throw away the Archbishop of Canterbury, whom they were quite willing to acknowledge when they thought he was on their side, like an old shoe when they don't think he will be. And of course they're doing it all while receiving lots of money from the US Episcopal Church, which is the primary provider of funds for African Anglican churches.

If these folks are so unhappy about our leadership, they should just leave, rather than staying and disobeying the rules.
