I doubt that most state courts have judges examine lawsuits that are filed as a routine matter: It&#039;s generally up to the defendant to make a motion to dismiss a frivolous suit. I suspect that, like the courts in Kentucky, the courts in Nebraska examine their dockets once a year or so, and if nothing has happened in a case, they tag it for dismissal. This one laid there for a year, it appears that God didn&#039;t file an answer, which could have led to a default judgment, but instead resulted in the lawsuit&#039;s dismissal.</description>
