If they'd just throw in some golf, it would sound just like the Kentucky Boptrot scandal (involving the Kentucky state legislature) of a few years ago, and if these jokers would sell some insurance on the side, it would be the current scandals at the Kentucky Association of Counties (KACO) and the Kentucky League of Cities. If they ate more upscale food, it would be the scandal at the Lexington Public Library. Anytime you allow people to spend someone else's money with little or no direct supervision, this is what happens.
