Ex-archbishop, who approved $450,000 in hush money for a former sex partner, is writing a book. In it, he admits he’s gay and paints an unflattering picture of the Vatican, the New York Times reports.

I see some things that just don’t make sense to me, he was lonely and after he became an Arch Bishop he decided to have multiple affairs. A man in his position had to know what kind of partner he would attract. Pardon my language, but I wonder if he was solicited. I wonder also how fulfilling these affairs were and how he feels being used for money compared to being alone. He has a gauge or scale to judge himself by.
Catholic men share a bond that I can’t describe, its not homosexual but its a male bond of trust. Its has been deeply wounded in the Church today but it still exists.
One last thing, I hope any money he makes on this book will be used to repay the 450k plus interest to wherever it came from.

Imagine someone painting an unflattering portrait of the Vatican . . .
